For shipping the pen, UN38.3 since Jan 1st, 2020, demands that everyone along the shipment chain must be informed about the results of LiPo battery compliance testing. The required document can be found here.
Certificate of Conformity
Since the pen is marketed as ErgoPen and EduPen, the Certificate of Conformity names this product which is identical to the Development Kit pen. Please download the CE Certificate of Conformity here.
